Resistance is the ego’s mechanism of trying to hold onto its sense of self and that’s why we get in our own way.

Every one of us, we are craving surrender whether we know it or not.

We have to want the truth more than we want what we have. We have to want the truth more than we want what we think that we want. To me, the truth is what sets us free.
