Love Notes from Rachel Scheer:
We may start from a place of insecurity, not feeling good, which is totally okay… but that can’t be what keeps us going. At some point, we do really need to heal that relationship we have with our self, otherwise there will always be a negative byproduct.
Your power comes in when you can be present in your life [and] have full gratitude of everything that surrounds you.
As long as we are identified with our thoughts and with our pain, we can never actually, truly heal from that.
