Today Callie is joined by Kiah Paetz, an eating disorder Dietitian from Australia. With personal experience with disordered eating and food fears, Kiah understands the physical and mental toll that having a negative relationship with food can have on our bodies. Now, she’s dedicated to promoting health at every size and breaking away from diet culture to build a healthy, balanced relationship with food.

In this episode, Callie and Kiah discuss the struggle that many people with interstitial cystitis and other chronic illnesses face by having to eliminate foods as part of their recovery journey and how they can create a better relationship with food despite these challenges.
