For our feature interview in Episode 7, we spoke with Nicola Duncan, Irish and Scottish Ultra Trail Running Champion and 9th on the all time Irish Marathon Performance List with an incredible 2h33m from the London Marathon in 2014.

Nicola talked to us about:
