The time has officially come, my friends!

Today marks the launch and rebrand of this podcast to The No BS Human Design Podcast (with total inspiration from my friend, Kat Cozadd, with the No Bullshit Manifestation Show). 

Welcome to The No “BS” Human Design Podcast, where we dive deep into the lessons of the Human Design system: A system that reveals your energetic blueprint, showing you where and how to access your body’s consciousness and how to live as your true self. It’s time to let go of the societal standards and expectations of being and let yourself find abundance through being uniquely YOU. 

We'll kick off this launch with a series on Human Design basics. 
First up: Type.

In this episode, we dive into the 5 types within Human Design, along with:

• How each type is designed to interact with the environment around them for ease, flow, and opportunities
• What your "red flag" is that lets you know you're out of alignment
• A common struggle for each type and how to overcome them
