Hey Everyone, Irelands biggest ever squad are over in the World Championships in Austria this week and all the very best to our fastest and strongest mountain and trail runners but we are staying on home soil this week for a race like no other where a field of 36 teams of friends, clubmates and training partners will compete over a long attritional course of 8 legs over 104km in Wicklow.

There´s the potential for disaster, theres the possibility of glory where 35 of those teams will be looking to take the title away from Rathfarnham WSAF athletics club. We´ve got their team captain David Power coming up to get the latest team news from Rathfarnham going into the Wicklow Way Relay as well as some expert analysis with tips and advice on the event from Rene Borg from Running Coach Ireland.
