I am so excited to be sharing with you Anitas experience with HA recovery, some women recovery quickly and for some women, it takes more time and despite all the ups and downs Anita continue to lean into discomfort, challenge her fears, and honor what her body needed despite questioning 'will it work?' many, many times.  

I have had so many messages from women in their 30s who are done with having children asking 'is it worth it? Can I do it?' I hope Anita's journey inspires you to commit to recovery and see that you can do it and it is ALWAYS worth it!  Anita is a mother of two who works as a trainer and assessor for early childhood education and care and does all the office admin for their family business. Anita was also a competitive swimmer and loves to move not only for health but to compete.
