Management truly is one of the most important skills to have in the workplace, but most of us are never taught how to do it.

I find it so strange that it's one of those skills we're expected to just 'pick up' even though it's not a skill the majority of people specialise in when entering their careers, and it often doesn't come as second nature (it certainly didn't to me!). Plus, it's categorically the most important skill for career progression.
