Tinx knows that we become resentful when we don’t impose limits on our time and energy.  That’s why she wants to give us the tools we need to set healthy boundaries this holiday season…and empower us to say NO!  Tinx says a lot of us do not believe this is an option when it comes to the people we love or things we care about.
