I met Lindsey Lekhraj when she came into my program KN/OWN and as she was sharing in the container what she did all of our faces lit up with interested as she shared the unique way she is helping empower women in their health journey to find answers. I loved that we kicked off this episode with her sharing vulnerably her own health struggles and all that she went through, because now she is a powerhouse in the women’s hormone health, epigenetic, and peptide advocate for women that have been seeking answers on their own to only be lead to dead ends.
