Overeating & mindless snacking can arguably be “better” than bingeing but unstoppable badasses don’t settle for a better relationship with food, they want one that feels effortless.
They don’t settle for still using food for comfort, leaving meals uncomfortably full and eating just because foods in front of them because they know that’s not the real version of themselves.
It’s habitual,
Conditioning,
A familiar & safe feeling
You need tough love.
You need to take radical responsibility.
You need to get honest with yourself.
You need to continue using the tools.
You need to lean into your badass energy to say “this still isn’t who I am”
You need to be willing to sit in discomfort when you’re full & your body says “I want more”
You need to remind yourself that you’re safe to not have a snack in the evenings every night because you’re not hungry or having craving.
Rewiring your brain isn’t just about not giving into your strong binge urges. It’s also about working through your overating & mindless snacking urges so you can truly get back to eating normally again.
Celebrate how far you’ve come no longer bingeing, but don’t get complacent settling for a relationship with food that isn’t fully healed😉
