Last week we spoke with one of the greats of Irish Trail and Ultra running over the last decade, Paul Tierney from Cork. Paul has got 9 IMRA race wins to his name and as we move up in distance, difficulty and overall epicness, Pauls achievements really stand out.

He´s wons the Lakeland 100 and he held the record for running the 214 Wainwright summits. He is also a five-time finisher at Tor des Geants events and he has represented Ireland on 4 occasions at World Championship level in Trail Running.
