Tina’s been having guests over and noticed how her attention gets pulled out of her body and into her head and on her external world. Into expectations on what the week should look like, how to make others happy, and her delivery of that.

We practice the felt sense of feeling safe with being in her body, also around others, and respond to the world from there. Which also builds trust with the protector parts inside. We call in an ally for her inner girl, so that the girl is always nurtured and safe, even when Tina is busy with other things.
