HA Recovery is so unique to the individual especially when it comes to whether or not you can continue training. Rebekkah shares with us how she went from using training as a tool to improve mental health to living a fast-paced fitness focus lifestyle which lead to HA. I particularly enjoyed learning about Rebekkahs experience with healing as she was able to remain working in the health and fitness industry, with the focus of calming her sympathetic nervous system down at every opportunity. Rebekka was also able to continue training but was very mindful as to when it was a good time to train and when it wasn't. Rather than seeing 'all in' as the only way to recover she took the opportunity to really dive in, evaluate the information available from leading researchers and evaluate her own body and mind on a daily basis to work out what was best for her recovery. ** Please keep in mind despite most of our desires to train and recover this isnt always an achievable outcome ** but it is still fantastic to share women who have been able too.
