Can you believe that December is here & we are falalalala-ing all the way into a brand new year in a matter of weeks?
I always find at the end of a year, thinking about the things that I clung to, & the not so good things that clung to me. & I wonder how I can make the next one even better.
Sadly, I used to wonder how I was going to exercise away Christmas food choices, avoid weight gain & get back to a rigid routine as soon as the clock struck midnight. So much so, that I became completely chained to my eating disorder.

If your lifestyle requires you to track, monitor & count every food morsel, carb, calorie, or pound on the scale.....then ask yourself -> are you really living?
I know one thing is for sure...freedom from disordered eating is REAL, because I myself have escaped her chains. I myself broke the patterns of unhealthy diets, restrictions & behaviors that year after year kept me trapped in my own mind & body.
And, YOU can too!
