I loved how you structured your ideas — very clear and logical.
� 我很喜欢你整理想法的方式,清楚又有逻辑。
� 2️⃣ 赞美别人帮忙解决问题
Thanks for jumping in — you really saved the day.
� 谢谢你出手相助,真是救了全场。
I really appreciate your quick turnaround.
� 感谢你这么快就处理好。
You handled that so smoothly — that’s experience talking.
� 你处理得太顺了,一看就是老手。
� “saved the day” = 关键时刻帮大忙
� “turnaround” = 处理速度
� 3️⃣ 主管表扬员工
Your leadership really made a difference.
� 你的领导力让结果更出色。
I’ve noticed you’ve been taking more initiative lately — keep it up!
� 我注意到你最近很主动,继续保持!
I really appreciate the ownership you’ve shown.
� 我很欣赏你展现的主人翁精神。
� “ownership” = 主动承担、责任感
� “go-to person” = 团队关键人物
� 4️⃣ Email 中的称赞
Just wanted to say great job on the presentation — your confidence really shined through.
� 想说那场简报做得很棒,你的自信表现得淋漓尽致。
Kudos on the report — the analysis was spot-on.
� 报告很棒!分析非常精准。
Fantastic teamwork — love the energy everyone brought in.
� 团队合作太好了,气氛超棒。
� “kudos” = 称赞、赞许
� “spot-on” = 恰到好处,精准无误
� Part 2. How to Politely Correct or Remind Others(如何礼貌地提醒或纠正别人)
� 1️⃣ 礼貌追进度
Don’t say: You forgot to send me the file.
Say:
Hey, just checking in — have you had a chance to send the file?
� 想确认一下你是不是已经寄了文件?
No rush, but could you please share it when you have a moment?
� 不急,有空再发我一下。
I might have missed it — did you happen to send it already?
� 我可能漏看了,你是不是已经寄过?
� “I might have missed it.” 是超自然的缓冲语句,能避免冒犯。
� 2️⃣ 委婉指出错误
I think there might be a small error here.
� 我觉得这里可能有个小错误。
You may want to double-check this number.
� 你可能要再确认一下这个数字。
Just a heads-up, I think this isn’t the latest version.
� 提醒一下,这不是最新版。
� “heads-up” = 提醒、通知
� 3️⃣ 提建议 / 表不同意见
Maybe we could try a slightly different approach next time.
� 下次我们可以试试不同做法。
What if we focus more on the user’s perspective?
� 要不要多从使用者角度考虑?
� 用 Maybe we could... / What if we... 比 You should... 更柔和。
� 4️⃣ 主管给反馈
Let’s align on this before moving forward.
� 我们继续前先对齐方向。
Could you take another look at this section?
� 你能再看一下这部分吗?
Let’s refine this a bit before sending it out.
� 发出去前再微调一下。
� “align” = 对齐共识
� “refine” = 打磨、微调
� 5️⃣ Email 提醒
Just a gentle reminder that the deadline is tomorrow.
� 温馨提醒,明天是截止日。
I wanted to follow up on the report we discussed last week.
� 想追踪一下上周讨论的报告。
Appreciate your attention to this.
� 感谢你关注这件事。
� Part 3. “Positive Sandwich” Technique
(正面三明治技巧:赞美 → 建议 → 鼓励)
You did a great job organizing the slides. One small thing — the font sizes could be more consistent. But overall, it looks really professional!
� 简报排得很好,只是字型大小可以再统一点,整体超专业!
Great effort! Just one small tweak and it’ll be perfect.

� 结构:
Praise(先肯定) → � Suggest(再建议) → � Encourage(正向结尾)
