From a stay-at-home Mom of 10 years to financially free in 3 years, Brooke’s journey as a real estate entrepreneur is one that is inspirational and, more importantly, duplicable. Shortly after returning to the corporate world, Brooke also began to pursue financial education. Having been inspired by books like “Rich Dad, Poor Dad”, she chose to leverage real estate investing strategies to create multiple streams of income. Since 2016, lease option (commonly known as Rent to Own) has been a main focused strategy for her. To date, in addition to a number of lease options she’s executed, Brooke’s also completed several duplex conversions, private lending deals and invested in land development projects. This has enabled her to replace her corporate income with the cash flow from her portfolio while learning, networking, and travelling with her family. Brooke is now a Coach in real estate investing. She believes that she will be able help others create the results they want with the proper training and guidance – the same way she was coached and mentored.
