Ange & Foo’s story of infertility, IVF, adoption and surrogacy is one of equal parts resilience and heartbreak… of love and of loss... of joy and of grief. 
Big thanks to my good lifelong friend Jemma for nudging Foo to get behind the mic and share their journey with us.  I’m sure there will be many listeners that will see themselves in parts of Ange & Foo’s experience and I hope that from it they can connect to something positive, or if nothing else just not feel so alone in their experience.
Infertility (much like my recent episode on menopause) seems to be another somewhat taboo topic.  The lengths we go to, in order to overcome the challenges to create a family often heighten an already all-too-emotional experience by tampering with our hormones as well as our hearts.
Foo and Ange's story pulled at my heartstrings and I know it will yours too.  They're definitely a couple of superhero parents in my eyes and I'm happy to say they're now blessed with a gorgeous couple of children.
