In this weeks episode I share my chat with Ruth who talks me through her one pregnancy and the birth of her daughter. Ruth discovered she was pregnant while living in Japan, moved to the UK and later back home to Ireland when she was 22 weeks pregnant. A busy time!

She invested lots of time preparing for birth from attending pregnancy yoga, antenatal classes and also hypnobirthing which played a huge roll on the day of her daughters birth. 

She also shares more on her experience with breastfeeding at the end of the podcast which I think is important to hear.
