Today we will be talking about nerves as an artist. How to cope and deal with this as an artist who is under high pressure.

We will be focusing this episode on Janet Baker who was a renowned opera singer of the 20th century.

She was an amazing Soprano considered one of the greatest Opera Singers. Her problem was she had crippling stage freight. As a dancer, I found this inspiring, even the greats struggle with fear!

I thought this would help many of you to talk about in your own unique pursuit.
