Tracy Bartram is one such human and it sure was a pleasure to have a banter with her on today's show. A straight shooter and an open book, Tracy shares some of her trials and tribulations throughout life.  From juggling a high profile career in radio and television whilst simultaneously managing alcohol & drug addiction and the repercussions of growing up amidst the trauma and dysfunction of an alcoholic family.

Numerology, inner-child work, 12 step programs, laughter, creativity & healing... it's a life long process and we're all doing the work.

Tracy took her mental health 'Quaddie' of adult ADHD, depression, anxiety and addiction, flipped it the bird and came out on top, laughing... Dunno about you but I'm sure looking forward to seeing Tracy's 'Laughaholics' podcast hit the airwaves soon.
