In this episode I talk with certified Change Coach Malene Colotla about the interconnectedness in all of life.
We are all the whole. The human world, the animal and plant world, the physical world….all the way down, one single system.
In this discussion, Malene shares how seeing that interconnectedness is what can naturally make way for us to have a very different relationship with this planet. The planet is us, after all. Behavior change happens quite naturally as we deeply realize our oneness.
And, failing to see our interconnectedness, naturally leads to the behaviors that hurt our planet and ourselves (you can’t hurt one without hurting the other).
Malene and I discuss systems thinking, environmental anxiety, and opening our mind to a far bigger view of things.
I love that the things that will save the planet are the exact same things that save each one of us. Mitigating climate change is no different from leaving behind an unwanted habit. They both come from a shift in consciousness.
