I never thought I'd be sitting here talking to a dude who'd spent most of his life in and out of prison from the age of 10 years old and throwing it up as an 'inspirational episode'. But my thinking has certainly evolved a hell of a lot over the course of this podcast and I'm kind of hoping with ya'll listening in that yours has too.

You know what else has evolved and changed? David Breakspear.  

Nine times David went to prison. NINE. And the very last time would you believe it was a calculated decision.  Sentence #9 was to be David's time to reform.  The criminal justice system (so it seems) isn't really built to reform all that well.  When I heard some of the stats and the reality of the system it broke my spirit a little for humanity, especially after my previous touching episode #188 with Fritzi Hortsman. 

Congratulations David, you are a beacon of hope.
