It all started in Australia, she says… sitting on a bus as a know it all 19 year old. One brief conversation later so it seems the seed was planted.

American adventurer, endurance athlete, philanthropist and author Katie Spotz is one of the most down to earth and simultaneously, uniquely driven humans I’ve had the pleasure to speak to. She’s accomplished enough to have been featured on Joe Rogan's podcast in recent times and now here she is at the very pinnacle of her podcasting appearances. :)
Katie has rowed (as in a boat), rode (as in a bike), and ran incredible distances collecting multiple records and accolated along the way.
In March 2010, Spotz set the world record as the youngest person to row solo across the Atlantic Ocean, rowing 3,038 - which for us Aussies is 4900km, a 70 day trek with NO crew by her side. (somewhat insane to say the least)
She’s a gorgeous human, you’re going to love her!
