We all know sugar is a bit sh*t for us...  

But, when I heard Karen speak of sugar in a way that 1. resonated with a lot of answers I seek on this podcast and 2. was unlike aaaaaall the other experts I've heard speak on sugar (and don't get me wrong, they're great) I knew I had to get Karen Hurd behind the mic with me... For you.

Her research and around sugar and our biology excited me as she depicts the relationship between what we ingest and our nervous system.  Between our trauma history and our behaviours.  Mark my words, Karen will be back. We have much to learn from her... and her energy is insane!!
