Matty Brumby is an absolute weapon of a para-athlete Ironman World Champ, Half Ironman World Champ, Invictus Games Co-Captain and Gold Medalist and a Motivational Speaker.

Joining the Royal Australian Navy in 1994 Matty spent 6 years as a steward before being discharged in 2001 due to a spinal injury which you will hear about in this episode. Along with talking all things training and competing, maintaining motivation and you’ll even meet Willow, Matty’s gorgeous and super-smart service dog.
