We discuss the challenges that Tony and Ambulance Victoria has stood to face with the increased workload on the people within the organisation, the sacrifices they have made and the inevitable cost to bouncing back from the tough times. We also talk about the recent issues brought into the limelight around sexual assault within AV and the work Tony has done and is continuing to do (both personal and professional) to ensure it is resolved.
