AFL's own unique breed of Field Umpire, Razor Ray hits the mics with me to talk all things life and high performance.  Ray hit my radar however, not for his umpiring fame, not even for his own high performance across sport, business or academia.  These things were just a cherry on top that happens to match our Roll With The Punches criteria once we sat him down in the 'virtual studio' here...  A lesser known detail though is the Chamberlain Foundation that Ray and his two brothers Peter and Brian established in 2015 which is raising money to support organisations that raise funds for mental health and suicide prevention with a particular focus on First Responders and Service Men & Women.   Ray's an entertaining lad that says it how it is, on and off the field so you'll enjoy the behind the scenes banter on his footy umpiring career along with how he manages high performance in several areas of life simultaneously.  I love the chat and learned some great life hacks along the way.
