Josh Perry IS the epitome of bouncing back.

No matter which angle you look at it, this guy is bloody inspiring. From his passion in human optimisation and mindset alone I'd roll out an epic episode here but layer on top of that the obstacles he has overcome and you'll be glued to your EarPods as you listen in.

A BMX related head-knock lead to an MRI which lead to a brain tumor diagnosis. Years of overcoming and adjusting to that obstacle isn't even the beginning of Josh's journey.

Today he shares the experiences both old and frighteningly new around this. Along with an insight into Josh's personal upbringing and the devastating loss of his younger brother to suicide.
