Adrienne is a leading wellness professional, International TEDx Speaker, Podcast host and author. She is the epitome of the modern digital entrepreneur and also Director of Innovation at the UK's leading fitness app Fiit. In 2017 she started Power Hour and is best known for her weekly podcast that has over 2 million downloads and her book by the same title. Adrienne is a mum to her 10-year-old son, an endurance runner and mentor for young people via the Outrunners charity - with her main mission to help others reach their goal and achieve success.
