Remember being sweet sixteen with the world at your feet? Imagine if in one brief moment, whilst doing something you love, your life changes forever... you lose the ability to move from the arms down.

Alex Noble experienced just that in October 2018 when a rugby tackle changed his world forever. Instantly breaking his neck Alex was unable to feel anything from the neck down but as I spoke to him in 2022 at 19 years of age with just a handful of years of progress under his belt it was hard to believe the mindset of this young human.  #IFightYouFight was a movement created by Alex and I was eager to hear how he has managed to move through such a difficult experience...
