We are heading into spring! As we do so I wanted to help us think about ways we could declutter not just physical spaces, but also mental and even emotional clutter. Oftentimes we focus on decluttering the physical things that we can see, but so often we need to declutter our mental spaces as well. It's easy to focus on the physical things because those grab our attention, but we also need to evaluate our mental clutter. An overload of mental clutter can lead to decreased productivity, exhaustion, overwhelm, and foggy brain. So if you are suffering from any of those symptoms or just need a little help doing a spring refresh then this episode is for you! In this episode we will walk through three steps to detox and declutter your mind. Grab that notebook, journal, or a planner and let’s jump in!
I pray this blesses you!
