Heidi had finally begun to feel alive after years of depression and suicidal thoughts, and had met the man of her dreams, Mike, in a seminar. They fell in love and began a life together. Then, the day before her 40th Birthday, Mike, had a massive heart attack in front of her. She tried CPR, and she watched while the first responders did everything they could but they couldn't save him . It's been 2.5 years. since that day. Heidi discusses grief in an amazingly clear way. How it can effect us, our friends and family, and our relationships. For anyone that has been through loss, or wants to understand more about grief, this episode is simply incredible.
