It’s officially the holidays! Today we are going to continue our six week series to help you get ready for the holidays.  To be able to have more peace and feel less overwhelmed, so that you can actually enjoy the holiday season.  In this episode we are going to cover the one secret to a stress free holiday season.  There are so many things going on over the holidays (good and bad) - family gatherings, traditions, decorating, Christmas lights, creating memories, …all the things! It can get overwhelming! As moms our plates are already full going into the holiday season, and yet we are asked to take on so many more tasks (making cookies, buying gifts, sending Christmas cards, attending all the holiday events…crazy!).  So what is the one secret to have a stress free holiday season?
