Spring is here and the excitement for school might be waning.  As the weather changes, our clocks spring forward, and summer approaches it can be harder and harder to get everyone out the door in the morning.  You may find yourself feeling frustrated and frantic after kids oversleep, trying to get them to eat breakfast, gather what they need for the day, actually put on shoes (is it just my kids), and make it into the car with all of their belongings.  Sound familiar?
