As moms we do so many little tasks without even realizing it. We are the ones who switch out the kids clothes that are too small, purchase new clothes, help kids pack, refill things around the house, reorder the daily items that don’t make it on the list, meal plan like a boss, take up a new job as an unpaid uber driver, and so many more tiny yet significant tasks. Over the summer it can be a challenge to fit in times of rest. Between packing for trips, unpacking and doing massive loads of laundry, figuring out logistics, and actually working, rest can seem like a luxury, but it isn’t.
