Bodé Aboderin, also known as Papa-B, is a writer, motivational speaker, businessman and stay at home dad. In June this year he released his debut book 'Fatherhood by Papa B' and he is on a mission to communicate the changing beliefs on fatherhood and masculinity. Originally from Nigeria, Bodé now runs a growing media business with his wife, Candice Brathwaite, supporting and championing her plans for world domination.

In this episode Bodé opens up about the stigmas around being a 'stay at home dad' and how he made his Sliding Doors decision to quit the corporate ladder and choose his own happiness and wellbeing. We chat about how his failure to pass university in Nigeria was the biggest catalyst to his life now and why he moved to the UK. Bodé also speaks candidly about a relationship break-up and his realisation and journey to self reflection and taking ownership for the part he played, which ultimately led him to be the person, husband and father he is today.
