This week’s episode is all about stepping into the space of talking about the things that we may not acknowledge about ourselves wholeheartedly, but we recognize how ugly these feelings and behaviors can be! 

That’s right! It’s time to understand, recognize and uncover the triggers that you’ve created in your mindset that are keeping you from the things you want the most of. 

Here’s the truth, we all have a resistance to fear. We all have fears that we’ll never share with anyone, but in the voice inside your head, you’re sharing that fear. And that fear is something you’ve gotten really comfortable with because you keep feeding it what it needs to continue to fester inside you and not allow you to pivot to achieve your goals. 

Let’s dive into what these fears are called, why they are part of our comfort zone and what can we learn from them to allow us to grow! Grab your pen and paper!
