EP55: UNCOVERING YOUR STRENGTHS: Using Your Talents to Enhance Your Career, Life & Future!

I am so excited you're here! Spring is in the air in upstate NY and having the sun come out and melt the snow is a beautiful thing after living through gray skies and snow for the last 3 months. 

Today we are diving into the introductory episode for my series on Uncovering Your Strengths. This has been a topic I’ve shared with you multiple times in the show (EP48,EP29 & EP 17) go check out those other episodes. Let me know what you think. 

For today, I am going to share with you some details about what to expect as we go through this series. I can’t tell you how long it will be, but I can tell you I will do an episode summarizing the experience. 

The idea is to go behind the scenes and dig deep into helping people discover their talents using Gallup’s CliftonStrengths (aka StrengthsFinder aka StrengthsQuest). We’re going to have meaningful and powerful conversations with folks around their top 5 themes. We’ll discuss the unique language of the assessment and the diversity among the 34 themes.
