Reflection is so important and I want everyone to know that it is necessary to process the things we have experienced so we can recognize the growth and change we have lived through. 

I have a few questions to ask yourself as you go through and listen to this episode and as you think about your future and life throughout the remainder of 2021. 

What didn’t you do in 2020 because of COVID?
