In this episode, CRR Global faculty member Neil Edwards is talking about Allyship. An ally is any person that actively promotes and aspires to advance the culture of inclusion through intentional, positive and conscious efforts that benefit people as a whole.

Neil Edwards is a soulful leader and perceptive coach who works at the intersection of leadership, relationships, wellbeing, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Neil supports leaders and teams and focuses on self-identity, self-authority, values, and purpose. He begins with a relationship lens and draws from co-active leadership, emotional and social intelligence, adult development, leadership embodiment, and health and wellness to help his clients increase their capacity and capability to lead in any context or system.
