Welcome to session 3 of our series Uncovering Your Strengths: Using Your Talents to Enhance Your Career, Life & Future! Today's Guest is Dillon Waggoner and she is sharing with us her favorite theme of her top 5 of Connectedness. 

The theme/strength of Connectedness lives under the Domain of Relationship Building. This theme is centered around people who have faith in all the things. They believe that very little things are coincidental and almost everything happens for a reason. Individuals who have the talent of connectedness have a strong sense of responsibility that is closely aligned with their values system. They believe in the unity of humankind and they build bridges between people of different identities and culture.  

My conversation with Dillon on his Strength of Connectedness and why it is his favorite was so much fun. I learned a lot of how this strength has impacted him and how it has changed his life. Be sure to listen to different facets of this strength and how he has owned it! 

About Dillon

Dillon is a career coach in higher education. He works with students and alumni one-on-one to discuss career topics, exploration, and professional growth. He is interested in incorporating fun and games into personal growth and learning, and loves using powerful tools like Strengths to foster that growth and self awareness.

He is a career coach at a university (Ball State in Indiana), where he works with students one-on-on, present on various career topics, and make meaningful connections and programs. He is passionate about growth, games, creativity, and fun.
