今天這集的來賓是 Irene 2016年在歐洲自助旅行時的沙發衝浪主人，來自德國的 Nadine 剛滿 34歲。她在今年年初辭掉了多年的工作，開啟單車旅行的冒險。喜歡各種戶外運動（登山、飛行傘、衝浪、潛水）的她卻沒什麼騎單車，但因為看了兩部關於非洲的單車旅行電影之後埋下她想去非洲單車旅行的種子。

剛開始單車旅行就決定獨自騎單車環歐洲＋非洲的她在這一集裡面跟我們分享一個女生如何在非洲單車旅行，以及在那邊遇見的人事物和這趟旅程帶給她的收穫是什麼。
