Ep78 - Gelong Thubten: "Choose Happiness"

Listen Later

Gelong Thubten, a buddhist monk that left the glamorous world of acting to pursue the true meaning of happiness, visited Google Dublin campus to talk about what brings all humans together, the pursuit of happiness.

Through meditation and finding inner peace and joy, we can choose to be happy, according to Thubten. This however is not an easy task and requires practice and discipline. In this talk, Thubten takes us on the journey that led him to happiness and invites us to choose happiness as well.
