Matt Pink, also known as ‘Better Life Guy’, is the Co-Founder of the Dryy app, a best selling Author, Coach and all round advocate for living an alcohol free life. Over the past 4 years since going alcohol free, Matt has created some of the biggest sell-out alcohol free events, written a best selling book ‘Better me, Better you’ and co-founded the Dryy app that currently has more than 20,000 members. He is also a fully qualified coach and dedicates every day to helping people all over the world to take a break from alcohol.

In this episode Matt opens up about the unimaginable loss of his son and the journey he has had after hitting rock bottom, as well as his thoughts on things being meant for you and the universe being on your side. He shares his Sliding Doors Moment when at rock bottom he had a random encounter with a stranger that changed his life forever, and put him on the path he is on today.
