Ep98 - Andy Puddicombe | Mindfulness Made Simple

Listen Later

In his early twenties, Andy Puddicombe left his Sports Science studies to become a Buddhist monk. When he returned to the UK, he had one goal in mind: to teach mindfulness to as many people as possible. Today, Andy is an expert on meditation & mindfulness and co-founder of Headspace.

He shares his journey—radically changing his life to become a Buddhist monk and later co-founding one of the most popular mindfulness apps today, which has more than 65 million users in more than 190 countries.

Moderated by David Feinberg.
