Here to chat about balance and wellness is Dr. Joe Cooperman, a chiropractor specializing in strength and performance principles.

While diet is supremely important to overall health, so too is movement, mobility, and flexibility. Our diet helps prevent or eliminate inflammation but your movement keeps your body strong and supple. 

Dr. Joe joined chiropractic out of a drive to help people live healthier, more painless lives. He is constantly striving to better understand the systems of the body and how they interact to move us through our daily lives.
