She sets clear expectation when it comes to talking about time frames and schedules during her buyer and seller consultations.

Her process.

1. Determine when you want to work.

2. Make sure it is communicated to your clients often.

3. When you take time off disconnect.

4. Have people on your team that are competent, and you can trust.

5. Also know that it is not going to be perfect but stick with it.
