Episode 107- I'm Taking a Short Break and Here is WHY!

Wow, I want to start by saying I am so thankful for all of you, my listeners! I love doing the podcast, releasing new weekly episodes every week, and knowing I have the opportunity to share nutritional advice and wisdom with you. I say all this because nothing has changed; however, I have decided that I need to take a break from the time consuming work podcasting can be. From scheduling guests to preparing questions for interviews to recording and editing the interviews, there is a lot of work that goes on behind the scenes to create an effective podcast episode, and sometimes the work stretches me thin!

The guests I have been able to interview are beyond my wildest dreams, and hearing your success stories makes me so excited to continue the work I have been doing so passionately. While I will be taking a break for the month of December, we will be doing weekly throwback episodes from the100+ previous episodes I have created, so you are still receiving weekly advice on all things relating to reversing insulin resistance!

I want to take this time to focus on the meaning of Christmas and being with my loved ones during the holiday season. I encourage you to do the same during this very busy and crazy time of the year. It is important to prioritize your health and personal wellness so you serve the people around you well, so I hope you will take time this year to reflect and truly be present!
