In this episode, Arsh gives us an example using a football match between Manchester City against Aston Villa. In the 90-minute match, Manchester City was behind 70 minutes in. They needed 3 goals to take the win, and everyone had essentially written them off! But tune in at how they were able to make a phenomenal turnaround!

Relating this to property, you can break apart your business in lots of mini-goals. Finding the property, viewing the property, putting the offer in, and making sure the offer is accepted. And each of these mini-goals also has mini tasks within them; where to find the property, do we do direct-to-vendor, do we deal with the agent, how many calls do we make to agents, and a lot more.
